Oshadi, pronounced oh-sh-dee means ‘essence of nature’ or ‘healing plant’ in Sanskrit. Our mission to respect and regenerate the Earth has led us through every process that goes into creating clothing, starting from the soil and the seed. We are intimately involved with every step of the process from our cotton harvests; spinning and weaving; printing and dyeing, to cutting and sewing.

Craft is central to everything we do. We work with weaving communities to create our own hand loomed cloth. We collaborate with expert dyers, master block printers and intricate hand embroiders, bringing our values into our clothes.
Our Values
We give back to Earth and local communities more than we take. We restore soil health and biodiversity alongside our cotton crops and prioritise zero-waste, ensuring all rolls of fabric and scraps are used up.
We celebrate craft and community investing in local artisans and
operate with full transparency fairly paying our workers a living
wage. Our clothes are timeless and made to last.
